What are Hot Mat classes?
Our hot mat classes are performed in a heated studio (typically 90-100F) using infrared heat panels. This heat helps warm up your muscles, increase flexibility, and promote detoxification through sweat. From Hot Barre to Hot Strength, Hot Recovery, Hot Core + Cardio, and Hot Sculpt, each class is designed to tone, detox, and transform.
What are Reformer classes?
Reformer pilates uses a specialized machine with springs, pulleys, and a moving carriage to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body alignment. Precision-driven pilates designed to strengthen, lengthen, and align your body. Choose your challenge: Align Burn, Align Sculpt, Align Core, or Align Strength - each class brings a unique focus, but all deliver full body results.
